FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS: DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
BAC offer a comprehensive design, installation and commissioning service for all types of Fire Alarm. We offer standalone solutions such as Mains operated Smoke and Heat detectors, to Small conventional Fire Alarms suited to small premises such as shops or shared houses. At the other end of the scale are the Fully Addressable Intelligent systems more suited to larger premises and the preferred systems type for Care Homes.
BAC can offer a multitude of detection types to suit any environment. Depending on your requirements we can provide traditional point detection, Beam detection and even Air sampling systems.
As a BAFE SP203 approved company, BAC is independently audited annually and certified for the Design, Installation and ongoing maintenance of these systems, giving our customers the peace of mind and quality guarantees needed when making an investment of this size.

WHY ARE FIRE ALARMS IMPORTANT?
The vast majority of buildings need a fire alarm to ensure the protection of life and property. They are the safest and most reliable way of informing all employees and staff of a fire situation.
WHY ARE FIRE ALARMS REQUIRED?
Fire alarms are required in most buildings, in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and the sites individual Fire Risk Assessment.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF FIRE ALARM IS REQUIRED?
British Standards defines the category required for a specific risk. BAC will consult with you and can arrange for a Fire Risk Assessment that will specify the category of system required to meet your risk. All BAC Fire Risk Assessments are completed by fully qualified individuals with over 30-years’ experience in the industry.
HANDOVER AND COMMISIONING
Upon commissioning, BAC will provide full user training for you or your staff. Full documentation will be provided for your records. Your document package will include The design proposal, a copy of the ‘as fitted’ drawings, Zone maps and finally your BAFE commissioning certification.
Your system will be provided with Log books to be kept at the panel, as well as user guides and details of how to contact our service team should you need them.
